This clip will show you how to create alerts to keep informed about the latest decisions.

Setting up JADE alerts is a great way to keep up-to-date. When a new case or cases related to your alert parameters becomes available, we'll send you an email with links to your registered email address.


There are many ways to set up alerts in JADE (via keyword search, topic area, jurisdiction, section of legislation, case, paragraph of a case, list of cases and/or legislation) but here's the easiest and most customised way to do it all.

1. Go To 'My Jade'.

1. Click on 'My Jade'.
2. Select 'Alerts'.
3. Click on 'create a new alert'.

2. Enter the Alert Parameters That You Wish.

Set your alert parameters by:
1. Entering a keyword search and selecting where in the judgment you want the phrase to appear;
2. Selecting a topic area; and/or
3. Selecting a collection (particular jurisdiction).

Then,
4. Choose how frequently you wish to receive the alerts.
5. Click 'Save'.

3. Voila! Prepare To Receive Alerts Of New Cases.
