- Find the Act you're researching using the JADE Search box.
- In the CaseTrace box on the right, select 'Visual History'. From here the changes are represented by the coloured dots with sections down the left.
- Click on the relevant dot to review the historical versions side by side with amendments highlighted.
You can change the version of each provision you're reviewing using drop down boxes and selecting your date ranges, and review the cases that consider the section with one click.
